She enjoys treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic injuries, and athletes with sports-related injuries. She uses her enjoyment of running along with her knowledge of running analysis to manage running-related injuries.

Sara believes exercise and movement are essential components of any rehabilitation process. She combines exercise prescription with her specialization in manual therapy to help patients achieve their goals and restore optimal health and function. She values the importance of empowering patients by providing them with the knowledge and resources necessary to resume the activities they enjoy.
