About Nikolai

Nik brings more than 15 years of experience in fitness and wellness, including personal training, strength and conditioning, and chronic disease management. He has been a licensed physical therapist for 5 years, specializing in orthopedic conditions across a wide range of settings including post operative care, specialty orthopedic clinics, hospital and home based care, skilled nursing facilities, and sports performance and rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Nik enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and taking his dog, Schnitzel, on long walks.
