About DJ
DJ went to grad school at San Diego State University and worked as a CPT (personal trainer) for over 5 years in the area while in school. This helped him understand a wide variety of training methods and exercise progression, as well as fueled a desire to work with athletes of all ages. In PT school, DJ had the chance to train under the former Padres and Texas Rangers PT and worked with high school to professional/hall of fame athletes.

DJ joined the Vail-Summit Physical Therapy team in 2020 and jumped right into working amidst a pandemic. DJ started working exclusively outpatient and has started to bring his orthopedic skills as a float PT for all of our locations.
​
In his spare time, DJ enjoys snowboarding, fishing, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
