Rayanne E. Harris, NP-C, MSN, RN, BSN, ONP-C

Rayanne Harris joined Vail Summit Orthopedics and Neurosurgery in 2015. She currently works in the orthopaedic urgent care service. As a Maryland native, she completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. Rayanne returned to Colorado to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in intensive care, then at the emergency department at the Summit Medical Center in Frisco, as well as at the Breckenridge and Keystone ski area medical clinics. She returned to higher education after working for five years as an RN, and earned her Master’s degree in Nursing at Regis University in Denver. Rayanne started her Nurse Practitioner career in family practice before specializing in orthopaedics at Vail Summit Orthopedics and Neurosurgery. Rayanne has called Summit county her home since 2001. Of note, She was a summer intern at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in 2002, and is also fluent in American Sign Language.

In her free time, Rayanne enjoys spending time riding bikes, skiing, stand up paddling, cooking, and traveling with her family. Rayanne and her family enjoy volunteering and participating in community events, as well as giving back to her local Summit county community.
