Ingrid
Carlson
PT, DPT
Ingrid Carlson was born and raised on San Juan Island, WA where her passion for helping others, fitness, and the outdoors first started. Graduating from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA, Ingrid double majored in Psychology and Spanish. In 2013, she moved to Colorado to ski instruct at Copper Mountain and dive deeper into her passion for the outdoors. As most locals share a similar story, she came for the winter and stayed for the amazing summers. Ingrid has called Summit her home ever since.
Her passion for PT was ignited while working as an aide at Vail-Summit Physical Therapy in Breckenridge in 2016. Later, she moved into a patient representative position at the before being accepted into Regis University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018.
Ingrid is ecstatic to be working for Vail-Summit Physical Therapy again and at the very same clinic her PT career first began. In her free time, you can find Ingrid skiing, mountain biking, and trail running with her husband, Michael, and her dog, Basil. She is passionate about treating the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. And she looks forward to helping you achieve your mobility goals so you can get back to enjoying all the wonderful things Summit County has to offer!
